Screendragon has launched AI Hub, a new capability within its marketing orchestration platform designed to help enterprise marketing teams and agencies build, deploy and manage AI agents directly inside operational workflows.
The company says the new system is intended to move organizations beyond isolated AI experimentation by embedding AI tools directly into existing marketing and creative processes.
According to Screendragon, AI Hub allows teams to create AI agents that can automate tasks such as briefing, content creation, approvals and compliance checks while maintaining governance controls over how AI is used across the business.
John Briggs, CEO of Screendragon, said: “The market is shifting from selling AI access to controlling AI execution.
“Teams have access to AI, but no control over how it runs across the business. AI Hub changes that. It puts AI inside workflows, with the guardrails needed to scale it properly.”
The launch reflects a broader trend across enterprise software markets, where companies are increasingly focusing on operational AI systems rather than standalone chatbot-style tools.
Screendragon says AI Hub is integrated into its wider “Agentic Marketing Orchestration” platform, which combines workflows, operational data, people management and AI tools within a single system.
The company says the platform enables organizations to build AI agents that plug directly into existing workflows, automate repetitive marketing processes and maintain consistency around compliance and brand standards.
AI Hub also includes controls that allow businesses to decide which AI models are used for specific tasks, with the aim of balancing performance, cost and operational requirements.
Screendragon says the platform can route workloads between different AI models depending on factors such as speed, cost and output quality, while also supporting the use of open-source AI models.
The company positions this as a way for organizations to avoid becoming dependent on a single AI provider as adoption scales.
Anne Cogan, chief marketing officer at Screendragon, said: “We were using AI in pockets, but it wasn’t scalable.
“Now it is built into how we work, improving speed while maintaining full control and compliance.”
AI Hub forms part of a broader AI product suite within the Screendragon platform. This includes pre-built AI agents for common workflow tasks, advanced AI design tools within “AI Studio”, and consulting and implementation services offered through “AI Foundry”.
The company says the system is available immediately to existing customers.
Founded in Ireland, Screendragon develops workflow and project management software for enterprise marketing teams and agencies. The company says its platform is designed to help organizations coordinate marketing operations, resource planning and campaign delivery while maintaining oversight across complex workflows.
